From our importer partner 88 Graines and the Ureña Rojas family at Café Rivense, we’ve got an amazing honey processed lot from Vista al Chirripo.
This is another lot that we loved so much and saw so much potentialthat we’ll roast it for espresso eventually, but for now we’re starting with a lighter filter roast.
The cup is super juicy and tropical, with a nice vibrant acidity that lingers way into the aftertaste. It’s clean, ripe, and a real pleasure on all filter methods.
